I didn't notice you all ready had a winch on it. DOH! That is a very nice set up indeed. I had trouble with the remotes dying and had to buy another winch. The last winch I bought had both a cordless remote and a switch on the winch it self which could be extended if needed. I didn't though, I just mounted it close.
The other winch I recently fixed by adding an aftermarket cordless remote. The relays had died(contacts locked together) so it I just switched it out. $25.00 in parts to convert.
