On a lot of flatfenders, like my ‘52, the floor pan/body sags over time and so what I was seeing was the hood corner was hitting the front fender. Tim told me of a fix and I used washers to build up the space between the frame mount and cab. But now I might consider a puck if I need more adjustment.
