I believe that they are made out of the 20" wheels off of a late 40's- early 60's 1.5 ton Chevrolet. I made a set of these in the early 80's. As I recall the 10 hole bolt circle is the same diameter but with straight holes. You can see the other holes in between the lug nuts. I have seen three different styles of wheels in these - one and two piece lock rings and the split in the middle Firestone style widow maker. I ran 8.25 x 20 tires on them and picked up 7 mph for the same engine rpm with the 9:00 16. They really did fit the fenders nice.
