Some time back, Steve Kaegi recommended the Carter P4070 as being the best, with 4 - 6 psi being the desired pressure range. I ordered one, but haven't installed it yet. You can find that thread by searching Phil's Archives for Carter electric fuel pump Kaegi.
Expect accusations of blasphemy from some folks, for your desire to go electric, but that's ok. You've got your reasons and so do I.
