I just read John Bizal's advices that once you separate the brake drum from it's hub, you have to then turn the drum on it's hub to true it after you re-install it. If I understand correctly that is. Naturally, I separated the two and installed new screws and cleaned-up the drum and painted it. I'm in Houston and I assume I would have to take it to a business that works on heavy truck brakes to get the drum turned? Shame on my ignorance as the drums and shoes are in great shape with only 14,000 miles on them. I would appreciate confirmation of the above and if anybody is around Houston, perhaps the name of a place they trust or have experience with? Thanks.....Keith.
