Yes, absolutely, I was going to say the same thing. Once the hub is attached to the drum it will need to be turned, and this goes for any drum that's been removed from a hub & in fact, I've never even seen one marked, removed from a hub & then reattached in the same location that didn't need to be remachined.
My advice to anyone with a power wagon...unless you are doing a full restoration of your truck, never remove the screws attaching the drum to the hub. There's absolutely no need for it and the added time to remove the hub & bearings...well...90% of the time they need servicing just as bad as the brakes anyway.
That's my deep thought of the day :)
