I can't answer your question exactly, but, I have a '57 W-200 with 315. I found a 354 hemi out of a '57 Dodge full size school bus, and found that the 315 bell housing bolted up, so the factory clutch linkage still functioned, and it used the factory rear cross member, too. The 354 front motor mounts needed to be attached to the frame rails instead of the front cross member like the 315. I'm not sure how this info would help with the 241 you're asking about, but, that's what I know about it.
