Can't answer that but,
Gov liquidators sells very few Gov. items any more.
They lost the contract to Iron planet which is a subsidiary of Canadian based Richie Bros.

Now they sell whatever comes there way.

Probably some collector liquidating assets.
Also some nicely restored military jeeps in the same lot.
