Bushes are held in by springs. Ground wires are just screwed. When you buy replacements the strap comes already attached. I clean with old gas or mineral spirits or LectraClean. I'm no expert. Mostly just disassemble, clean, replace whatever is obviously broken or too worn, paint, lube, and reassemble.
