Your driving in a truck designed in 55 days, made as quick as possible, delivered to the Military, and used in the WAR effort. Yeah, things are a little out of balance here and there. I don't believe there are rubber insulators under the clutch housing where it bolts to the frame. Not sure M37 insulators will work, but adding some rubber will help reduce vibration produced by the engine, generator/belts, fan, and transmission, which is traveling from clutch housing to frame and through your steering column. Adding 1/8 or 1/4 rubber under the housing and rubber around the bolt at the frame will help quite things down and reduce some of that vibration.
