About that Henderson bike....You may recall 'Honest Charley Speed Shop'from the 50's/60's, if you're an old goat like me. The company still exists and, as of a few years back, for about 27K build you a bike using a 60 HP ford flathead v-8 and three speed trans locked in high gear. No 'neutral', only clutch to hold it out of gear.,,,,Scary! Slow on acceleration but real good top-end. Don't know how legal in some States...if any. I often wondered where he was still able to find the engines as they were only made for a few years during depression era and many were 'used-up' in midget racing in the late 40's and 50's. I think they were still being used in later years in England and Australia and in some commercial applications.
