Very interesting..For example, why can't a current power steering up grade mimic what Dodge did instead of the current practice of cutting the column...cutting/bending the chassis, using a Ford pump, etc. Same with dual circuit brakes. Use factory or factory reproduced parts. Why reinvent the wheel when Dodge had already done it.
Just thinking....Did Dodge use a combination generator/pump for power steering?....Justification for the Ford pump.
