Simple answer is NO. There would be about a 75 to 80 amp draw from the battery. One of those Honda inverter generators would work good though. I clearly understand what you want to do, however for the two or three hours, I would leave the truck run. My Caterpillar service truck runs all day in the winter with overall use at aprox. 45% idle time.
