I'm not aware of any vehicles that had a stock 7" booster. They are aftermarket for the hot rod crowd. The 7" I have is 6-1/2" at the barrel and 7" at the crimp seam.
BTW, I use a 7" single diaphragm booster on my 6x6 and it has plenty of power.
