If it is the pinch seam, then its not worth a lot because that is a lot of work to fix. Value is whatever its worth to you, whether buyer or seller. The market on the Carryalls is really screwy and all over the place right now. Some people want $60k for a $25K truck but also there have been deals on $8k trucks for $4k and less.
