Well, that was a rough ride and very fortunate the driver survived. I have had no troubles with mine, although, admittedly, I have only used the truck locally and seldom faster than 35 or 40. But I have worked it hard plowing snow. This is when the power assist really shines...plowing snow. My W500 had a factory power assist in it. It would have been a brute to steer without it.
