On the old-style 1-ton Power Wagons (frequently referred to as Flat-Fender Power Wagons), the front and rears are the same. In fact, the one I bought went on the rear yesterday. Left and right are not the same. And yes, 9375 is for the left, while 9376 is for the right side. I noticed NAPA's website said the wheel cylinder is for the front, but they are actually for front and rear. Also, NAPA's site seems to indicate that these wheel cylinders are not correct at all for the Power Wagon, but they are.
