These are seals are readily available, National #20766, CR #6077. Either of those numbers will get you the right part. As far as I know these were only used on the rear axle. It might be possible to put a set on the front axle as well. I've never seen it done, but there should be enough room since the wheel hubs and spindles are the same front and rear. It might help to stop water that gets past the steering knuckle seal from getting into the wheel bearings. Just as long as your inner hub seal is doing its job.
