Maybe the updates can be permanent part of one of the websites other sections. That way we can print them out ourselves without you having to run to the copy center trying to figure out how many to print.
If not, whatever is easier for you.
If you post it periodically on the forum, that is easy enough for all interested parties to print their own copies.
You have done quite a lot of work.
