The book is 27 pages printed on heavy paper for added durability, and is available in both 8x11 and 5x8 sizes (the smaller size fits very nicely in the glove box, in case of an emergency on the road).

Some of the information in the Guide would apply to Power Giants. I believe the NP 420 transmission and PTO was used in the Power Giants, and I think they used the NP 201 transfer case, which mechanically is almost identical to the NP 200 (for that matter, the NP 205 is mechanically almost identical to the NP 200). I think the 251 engine was used in some Power Giants also, so most of that info would apply as well. The axles, brakes and drive shafts are different though. Overall, my guess is that 30-50% of the book would apply. Don Evans would know better than I. Don??!!

Revisions and corrections are added into the body of the next printing. The vast majority of the revisions have occurred on the last few pages, which deal with engine, chassis, and electrical parts. I can either post updates periodically here on the Forum, or have people send me SASE, and I can mail the three pages back (8x11, single sided).

What are your thoughts?

Greg
