I spent a long evening at Kinko's tonight (made longer by the nifty new pay-card system that they have just installed - what a pain!). The good news is that Survival Guides will be going out Friday or Saturday to everyone that has placed orders in the last three weeks. My apologies for the longer than expected delay in getting these out. Life has a way of making other plans. I appreciate your patience.
