NEED HYDRAULIC CLUTCH ADJUSTER

Does anyone have a spare hydraulic clutch adjuster sleve. This is the sleve that goes on the slave cylinder end of the adjusting rod from the throwout bearing fork. I am not sure if different ones were used on different engines, but this is for a 318.
