I know that 4-blade fans from early Mopar passenger cars will bolt right in to replace the stock fan, and they are much quieter. If you are running at slow speeds in hot weather, you could get more heating with the smaller fan. They are easy to replace, so you could just swap fans when needed. I prefer the roar of the stock fan, though, it's a Power Wagon trademark. By the way, the temperature at my house was -9 F this morning.
