mineral spirits bought from a local chemical company. 10 gallons would last a long time.
By the time we change ours out, the parts cleaner is mostly 90% oil so we just put it in our waste oil tank and burn it in our waste oil furnace --- works perfect.
Our parts cleaner came from Grainger before they had warehouse outlets, you bought from a local distributor working out of his house. Haven't had a lick of trouble with it --- best $$$ we ever spent!!
