Be cautious of chlorinated hydrocarbons, most are carcinogenous, most are mild to strong anaesthetics and most are considered hazardous materials for disposal purposes. Disposal of used cleaning solvents may be your biggest headache. Using a service such as Safety Clean may worth looking into. They are able to deal with the stuff much better than us privateers.
