Crestline Publishing was George Dammann's company in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, which moved to Sarasota, Flordia. From perhaps the 1960s to 1990s, George published many fine hardcover books on motor vehicles and tractors. "Great American Woodies and Wagons" is one of my favorites that I bought from George personally in 1989 (one of his last copies). Motorbooks bought Crestline sometime in the 1990's and continues to publish and reprint books under the Crestline series label. It appears Don Bunn wrote the book for Crestline, but that the book was first published after Motorbooks bought Crestline, so says Crestline above Motorbooks. The differences you see might be between first and second printings of the same book. My 1996 book is a Crestline series book published by Motorbooks. This is an excellent book by Don Bunn and a great resource, as are all the Crestline books on any subject matter.
