Way up high on the frame, way forward where Keith (and other's) said it'd be (I was sticking with right over the axle) and right behind the shock... where there is an old metal plate still welded on... SHEESH!! (old snow plow?) Well, they can see the last three numbers if they want, or they'll have to wait until someone can cut this old stuff off and see if there's anything remaining behind the welds. THANKS ALL!!
Dana (an old law enforcement trick called for nitric acid to find ground off VINs... might need a bottle if the welds need to be ground off!)
