steering problem , 68 wm 300

I have a 68 wm 300, when I turn to the right, some thing under the steering wheel, starts making a dragging noise, nothing happens when turning to the left, can be that the sterring gear bearings are loose,
also when braking the truck pulls to the left, the brums where turned, and changed of position, left to the right and so,

any one has any information about these problems??
