I too have a WD-21 Dodge, a 1947 model. You must have the standard cab model, which have the vacuum wipers. Mine is the deluxe cab, and it was built with Bosch electric wipers (and vent windows, armrest, etc). A good source for parts is www.robertsmotorparts.com or Vintage power wagons. Many of the WDX powerwagon parts are the same, cowl lights certainly are. Also there is a website dedicated to these old beasts, the 39-47 dodge truck page, which has a good forum. By the way, is your truck a flatbed? all original?
