Making the bed

A while back I asked some questions regarding making a second series Power Wagon bed from a nine foot pilot house bed. Some one was very helpful and provided almost all the info I needed , I still how ever need to know how to deal with the wheel opening . If any one has done this before and is willing to share I would appreciate the help.
