I feel for ya. I bought one of those 100# pressure sand blasters from Harbor Freight and from the get go it sucked! It clogs constantly no matter the weather media air pressure (I am running a 5 hp 20 gal compressor). So, I switched to a simple bucket style siphon sand blasters from SanBlast co. Actually bought it through Amazon.com for 75$. Its simple and always works! I use Black Beuaty sand fine grain for heavy metal such as frame. I am selling my pressure blaster for $50.00 (cost 100 new) to someone who can deal with the frustration of cleaning the clogs out every 5 minutes. I know its one of those Chinese pieces of junk. Goes to show aint no use in buying cheep tools.
