jc Whitney has the conversion for the transfer case, but not the hubs. Mile-marker is the only COMPLETE kit for this truck. The outer drive shafts (included) and u-joints (not Included) must be changed. You will get manual locking hubs. There are no automatic locking hubs available. You will have to have a hydraulic press for assembly or have a machine shop do this. I also replaced the front bearings(Expensive) for added insurance. MY PERSONAL OPINION--I would leave it full time. My 77 Power Wagon had 120000 miles, my u-joints and bearings had no noticable wear, because it was serviced regularly. Gas Mileage was NOT IMPROVED!!!! I personally think the alunimum hubs are far inferior to the stock set up.--Just My Opinion---GILES---
