The air line from the compressor to the connection for the presure blaster is 1" and is about 30 feet. The presure blaster is fed with .500" hose with full flow fittings.

Yes, when I pull the line off the tee under the mix valve, the media is dry, pours through hand, can be blown with yur breath.

The feed line inside the tank has not been checked. I did not know anything was in there except for the pipe fitting at the tank/mix valve. I can check that tommorrow.

I honestly dont think air flow is the problem. Once the blaster starts a normal flow, it cuts rust and paint like a blow torch. It does this for a couple minutes then just starts slowing down. Give the tank a couple of bangs (kicks) and mabey it starts again. Otherwise you start with the mix valve and air flow bypass valve.

Today was the worst I have seen. New bags of Black Beauty, very dry. Took 2 hours to blast the front split winch bumpers. It almost met its maker :(
