Cummins questions

Hey guys, I know some of you drive or are familiar with the cummins turbo diesel, and am hoping you can help me answer a few questions I have. I have a 1990 W250, CTD, with 176,000 miles (besides my 78 PW). I'm looking to do some modifications to it, but am a not familiar enough with the motor yet. First question: I'm looking at upgrading to bigger injectors, big dual exhaust, and maybe a different turbo housing. It's all stock right now. What is the difference between 12cm, 14cm, 16cm, 18cm, turbo housings? What are the disadvantages or advantages of the diff. sizes? Second, right now it's either going to be 215 hp injectors (i think), or a new exhaust. Which would be more logical to invest in first? Any suggestions on injectors, housings, exhaust?
