I emailed the prior owner of this truck a factory photo of a very similar Van Pelt PW fire during the Ebay bidding process. I suspected Rick had sold it which was confirmed. The truck was one of at least 3 open cab Power Wagons built by VP. There was another like yours and a 3rd different style that I obtained a few months ago. It is also a open cab but retains the PW windshield and is pictured on page 42 of Bunn's Power Wagon book. I know of at least 2 other closed cab Van Pelt PW rigs.
