I never seen Dualmatic for a 1/2 ton but I have two variants(early and late?) of Dualmatics for 3/4,M37 and PW in my hand and if the 1/2 are similar you should be OK either way (bolt or no bolt).
Make sure they are 1/2 ton hubs,1/2ton axles are 1/16 smaller than 3/4/PW axles so they might bolt on but be sloppy fit in the spline area.also there is a similar Jeep pattern that is close but not quite right.
