I had a set of these that I sold on eBay not long ago. They are two piece R16 Aluminum wheels with built in CTIS. They are the same wheel halves that the Border Patrol 8 on 6.5 pattern ones came with, except the center bore is more open and drilled for a bigger pattern. It does appear that an adapter was just bolted to them. I thought about doing it but the adapter needs to have a hubcentric ridge machined because of tolerance issues I'd be concerned just "bolting" the adapters on for sake of runout issues. I'll try to find the pictures I have of them.
