Thanks for thinking of me. Could not take being evacuated any longer. Just got home from Sacramento an hour ago. Still have a house and wonderful GREEN forest around it. We are on the north flank of Mt. St. Helena and Cal Fire is hitting it hard. Fire is 3 miles away. Driving in I could see them hitting with the big bombers.
Here is part of a email a neighbor just sent me and he is closer to the pass into Napa Valley.
"At 1 PM Cal Fire announced on TV 2 that the Tubbs Fire east and southeast borders have been corralled. Cal Fire is comfortable with fire progress stopped, even in light of tonight's anticipated winds... GREAT!"
NICE! But we will be watching it.
