Some are worth money some not.
I would take them to a jeweler for a look.
Might even buy them, same with a pawnshop and Move on.
But there not going to pay what there worth ,but might be better than dealing with E-bay or the like.
If she's willing then post them on a auction or sale site such as e-bay.
But there associated fees almost make it not worth it the trouble.
