WDX-WM300Windshield frame modification for WC12

Hi all,
I am estoring a WC 12 without a windshield and I have a windshield frame from a WDX-WM330 truck. Question:
I want to be able to use this frame for the WC. i know that the old military style was not a crank-out but uses two sliding bracket on either side of the windshield frame and could be secured with a screw type device on the cab pillars.

How can I adapt my frame to accept these sliders, The would have to be a pin and screw allowing it to pivot when opening and closing. Any thoughts?
