In the model year the cabs are the same but going from the D to the W the fenders have a wider flare at the wheel well, and as you go from the W100 up to the W300 and to the W500 the flare gets wider as well. I believe the fender from the D500 or D700 will be the same as one of the smaller "W" series trucks.
