Heater switch/motor wiring

Have a model 75 heater with new 12v motor (p/n in PIF). Bought this switch at the PW rally and not sure the correct way to wire it up. There was a cut wire, with spade connector, on the back of the housing (no screw in pic) and one next to the ceramic coil closest to the shaft. Could someone explain how these units get wired from power source all the way to heater motor? I'm pulling power from a Painless fuse block (switched circuit). Thank you.
