2 years ago I bought the bolts, chains, and bed strips from MAR K. I just finished putting the bed together. It turned out the chains were too short. I needed 3 additional links and the sleeve would be too short. I contacted MAR K and asked for just the rubber sleeve that was 3 inches longer. I could get the chain myself. Today a new set of chains, hooks and sleeves showed up. Their 30 day return policy was extended 2 years.
