Just for your info. It's pretty easy to remove the trim piece for the cardboard. Just grind the spot welds on the trim side and wiggle it. They come off quickly and is hid by the steel insert anyway. Military's were not "supposed" to have passenger door locks. All the rounded doors are dimensionally the same and will bolt up fine. The only exception is a 1939 door with the different door latch.
If I'm reading it right, Dave is keeping the doors pictured. He has others to sell.
