Try to get the cowl vent bolts in after everything else is in the dash! Gave in and spent 10 min removing the heater and glove box again. Should have done that first. Working under the dash is much improved with a pillow under my back and something to support my legs so I am essentially laying flat. I've been know to have a catnap that way.
