You can't jump 24v with 12volt.
All you can do is hook up one battery Pos. to Pos./Neg. to Neg. On ONE battery let charge for a few minutes or so.
Then move to the other Battery hook the same way and let sit for a bit then try it.

You can place a 12volt charger the same way. One at a time.
