I finally got one door assembled after removing and redoing operations several times including breaking 1 window. I am not 100 % satisfied with how it turned out because the door glass is very tight and needs help to go up and down. I copied someones previous instructions and changed to how I ended up doing it.

Vent window assembly. The VPW molded wing vent rubber weather strip fit very well. I used the setting tape to install the vent window into its frame.

Side window assembly. The first window pane pulled out of the door window glass lower channel when I used the setting tape because the whole window assembly was very tight with all the new channels. I ended up using urethane to hold the bottom of the glass into the door window glass lower channel and setting tape for the vertical division bar.

1 Install lock and remote
2 Mount vent window temporarily to find out where the flexible window channel needs to be cut to meet the vent window frame
3 remove the vent window and Insert window glass run, but don't screw in yet. This is the piece that goes up the rear channel and around window opening, ending at top of vent wing. It's either chrome edged or plain. When securing to rear channel, you use the tab at bottom of channel.
4 Install window regulator. Crank regulator almost all the way down
4.5 Slide the window assembly division bar in the wide vertical Channel and lubricate with silicon spay
5 Drop window assembly in from the top and lower window until the two forward openings in its channel mate up with the two wheels on the regulator. You will need to lower or raise the regulator until the regulator wheels match the channel gaps correctly.
6. Lube channel and insert wheels.
7. Crank window up a bit until rollers move beyond openings in channel.
8. Install stop screw.
9 Install front channel, but don't tighten the screws.
10 Install vent window assembly
11 run window up and down and open and close vent window until the optimum adjustment is found. Then tighten all the screws and install screws to hold the flexible channel in place.

I plan to follow these instuctions when doing the passenger door. I hope to do it in one try. holding my breath
