That's an M601, but some of the tags say WM300

The M601 was an open cab WDX-WM300 style Power Wagom. Other than the cab and a couple other small details the rest of the body is the same as a regular closed cab Power Wagon.

The M615 is an ambulance on a PW chassis.

There are lots of variations of PW, but while the M37/M43 and WWII military trucks are 4wd Dodges they are not technically PWs.
