Good idea Greg. Our team used an altoid breath mint in the mouth and breathe over it wearing the mask, and try not to breath through your nose when we went into "trash" houses. Worked pretty well.
The neighbors cat will hopefully lead you right to it, good luck venting once found, and a couple of cans of ozium odor spray should do the trick.
