Pintle hitch, possible trade

I have a old but perfectly locking pintle hitch having the mounting holes that don't align with my 3/4 ton WC53. The WC needs one having four holes in an approximate 4" square pattern.
My hitch holes are 3 1/4" horizontal, and 1 3/4" vertical.
